Intaligio Exhibit

03/06/2007 – 05/31/2007

The Steamboat Art Museum would like to welcome you to the second exhibition, Intaligio 2007, in our new space in the First National Bank Building in Downtown Steamboat Springs.

We would like to thank the City of Steamboat Springs for making our occupation of this building and the programming of this exhibit possible. They have been a very supportive partner in our efforts to bring quality visual arts and an awareness of the culture and heritage of northwestern Colorado to our members and visitors. We look foward to many years of collaboration, both with them and with the other arts organizations who enhance our Museum Experience.

We would like to express our gratitude to Riverhouse Editions for their enthusiastic support of our programming and this exhibit. They have been a major influence and inspiration to many of our area artists as well as to those visiting artist who have worked here. We would also like to thank Bill and Carol Ward who have loaned us their collection of Anne Marie Moore’s wonderful aquatints. Thank you Betse Grassby, and to Rod, Vicky, and Ayn Hanna for the loan of Harriet Huff’s work.

And finally, a big thank you to our artists and collectors who have again generously loaned us artwork for this Exhibit.

This Exhibit will serve as our introduction into the educational community through our Lecture Evening and Hands-On Workshop, as well as our self-guided educational tour.
