Guided Docent Tours Every Wednesday!
The Steamboat Art Museum presents guided Docent Tours of the current exhibition, Four Directions, Common Paths, every Wednesday at 4:00 pm at the museum, 8th & Lincoln Avenue. Enjoy a deeper look into this exceptional exhibit featuring the works of four of the West’s preeminent landscape painters – Ralph Oberg, Matt Smith, Skip Whitcomb, and Dan Young. This exhibition, lauded as one of the finest exhibitions of contemporary painters currently showing in the west, shares their work as well as the synergistic impact of their 30-year relationships – a story of kinship, adventure, and cross-pollination to become their best. Admission is free. No pre-registration necessary. Tours begin Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
